All in all, it was excellent home base for traveling to Flagstaff. Comfortable beds for a good sleep. The owner is nice.

The price was ok.
Booking confirmation says: - "24 hours reception": when I arrived it was closed and the person in charge didn't know anything about my reservation. She has given me a room nevertheless. - "all rooms have fridge and microwave". mine didn't have these. - the TV didn't work. - found out too late that I needed a WLAN key in this hotel -. so the internet also didn't work for me (wasn't able toi get the key since the reception was closed) So this motel was the worst I stayed in during my US vacation.

Staff very friendly and helpful
The bath tap leaked and the sink took ages to drain away. A very busy main road right next to room made it very noisy.

The staff were very friendly. Also the location was easy to find and the rooms were clean and reasonably priced.

On the main road through - great for our travels! Close to large Safeway! Just used for a one night stop over, so that was ok.
Musty smell on arrival and looked rather dodgy. Further out of town than I realised and only fast food chain restaurants were near by. The gluten-free place closed early- main reason for choosing this hotel. Shower was cold.

It was cheap and convenient for a night sleep when just passing through town.
Hot water was intermittent at best. The shower door didn't latch closed. I was startled awake at night when the wall air conditioner front panel suddenly fell onto the night stand. I discovered that it was only held in place with old masking tape but I was able to reattach it and it stayed in place the rest of the night. Lighting in the room was poor.

near the university and at the heart of flagstaff. near shopping and restaurants. affordable priced.
got bit a few times at night. didn't see any bed bugs but something got me.towels were on the old side, no hair dryers in the room.

The only redeeming thing about this motel is the location.
I would never stay at this motel ever again. There is not enough space to list all of the issues that this motel has. Filthy, seedy,dank,unsecure windows, traffic noises, people hanging out at all hours smoking for no apparent reason.

The bathroom with toilet didn't have door, you could see from the bed the person who was sitting on toilet, and that was more than awkward.
